Welcome to The Edge Girl’s Academy Team Page for the 2025-2026 season. Our Girl’s Academy is a growing asset to Edge Nation. We have built a community of female athletes who strive for athletic and academic excellence.
Our Edge Academy is designed exclusively for girls aged 7-17, providing elite performance pathways and ultimate flexibility for multi-sport athletes. At Edge, we provide a positive training environment and club culture where we encourage, support and inspire young female athletes to reach their full potential.
Academy members also have the opportunity to play on Edge ALL-STAR Tournament Teams and have access to unique and exclusive "NCAA EXPERIENCE" camps and trips. Edge has been developing Canada's Best Student-Athletes since 2006, with over 500 boys and girls receiving NCAA scholarships.
The Edge Girls Academy training will focus on developing all aspects of the skills required to play Lacrosse at an elite level. Our program concentrates primarily on Field Lacrosse, but our training incorporates a hybrid Box and Field lacrosse training model to make a versatile player. Girls can work on the skills used in both versions of Lacrosse. We believe this training style is paramount to developing the complete player.

EDGE is proud to be the only Club in Canada that is an official NIKE TEAM. This status is usually reserved for National Sports Federations. Through our history of producing the sport's best players, leaders and National Team players, we were identified as a club that would be offered the opportunity for this exclusive NIKE TEAM status. As this partnership grows, we can offer EDGE Members exclusive equipment and apparel usually reserved for the world's best athletes.
The EDGE Girls Academy Program will combine NCAA School visits, Campus and Facility tours, and Pre-Tournament Training as part of our U.S. Tournament Weekends and Trips. Edge uses its relationships with College Coaches and Edge Alumni who are currently in the U.S. to build out these unique NCAA Experience Trips.
