Schedule - We've updated our scheduling to condense and tighten up the training, we have some players coming from quite a distance, so we're hoping to better accommodate travel and time. REVISED SCHEDULE:

1pm - 230pm - ALL Girls Skills and Training - We will split the girls up based on age
245pm - 330pm - ALL Girls Fitness/Conditioning - Station work with all girls


There's still time to bring a friend, a few more spots available!
GOALIES - We are offering goalies the opportunity to participate at 50% of the rate. If you can pass this onto to any goalies on your teams, they can register using the promocode 'goalie' to apply the savings.

When you arrive, please sign in with us just so we know you are here. 

Please Remember:
Full equipment (goggles) 
Water
Appropriate footwear
The facility is an outdoor turf facility, so please dress appropriately for the weather (pack sweat pants and sweatshirt in case)
Eat a healthy and balanced meal 2-3 hours prior to the training!
Aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time

The Spring Lacrosse season is right around the corner! We can't wait to get back out on the field!

EDGE Lacrosse is pleased to offer a 6 week training program to give you the EDGE you need for the upcoming OWFL season! This is a great training opportunity for any girls looking to improve all areas of their game, sharpen their skills and get ready for the OWFL season and the U17 Summer Games!

Training begins on SUNDAY APRIL 8th. Register by THURSDAY MARCH 22nd to receive the early bird rate of $145 and SAVE $30! GREAT VALUE!

Each week will include 1.5 hours of on field skill training followed by 60 minutes of fitness and conditioning. EDGE Coaches will focus on developing and improving stick skills, shooting, passing and dodging. Players can expect lots of repetition, a variety of drills to enable and simulate game situations along with individual skill development. Following the 90 minute on field session, girls will participate in 1 hour of fitness and conditioning led by certified instructors. Focus will be on conditioning, agility, footwork and explosiveness. 

Players will be instructed by knowledge and experienced women's lacrosse coaches in all sessions.
