In the fall of 2017, we launched our EDGE Training Academy Program. Training Academy was designed to be a high level training program unlike any other club experience. 

The 2017 recruiting changes eliminated all communication between a student athlete and college coach until Sept 1st of your junior year. This essentially eliminated early recruiting in grade 9 and 10, a much needed fix. This meant that students in grade 8-10 could focus more on developing and improving their game rather than worry about college recruitment so early in their developmental and high school years. 

We wanted training academy to be a program where players would spend those key years in grade 8-10 focused on developing, improving and preparing for the college recruiting period in grade 11-12.

With help and insight from college coaches, we developed a program that would focus on improving fundamental stick skills, shooting, dodging, fitness and understanding of the field game. Our goal is to make sure that when our members reach the recruiting period, they are well prepared, well conditioned and ready to showcase their abilities to college recruiters. 

In the 18 months since we started, we've seen tremendous growth and strides in our members. Most notably, the class of 2020, which was the 1st and oldest class to begin the academy has seen an unprecedented amount of success, exposure and recruitment.
