2025 SPRING TRAINING

PROGRAM OUTLINE

The Edge Spring Training  is designed to Maximize Athlete development through speed and agility training as well as high intensity skill development.
We aim to encourage and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential. The Edge Program promotes a positive and safe environment for all athletes to learn and build confidence through sport. 
Our Coaches are all Current or Former Edge Athletes with NCAA, NLL, PLL, Provincial and National Team Playing or Coaching Experience.
