WINTER TRAINING 2025

PROGRAM OUTLINE

The Edge Winter Training  Program is Designed to Maximize Athlete development through maximum drill rep count and ball touches within a 60-minute skill session. 
We aim to encourage and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential. The Edge Program promotes a positive and safe environment for all athletes to learn and build confidence through sport. 
Our Coaches are all Current or Former Edge Athletes with NCAA, NLL, PLL, Provincial and National Team Playing or Coaching Experience.
